British Muslims camp out at the four-day "Living Islam" festival in northern England in July 2005.....The event, attended by thousands of mainly Pakistani Muslims across the UK, takes place in the Showground of Lincoln, one of England's great cathedral cities.....The event was organised by the Islamic Society of Britain and takes place co-incidentally days after the London bombings by purported Islamic extremists. Organisers said the gathering was a symbol of Muslims celebrating the true meaning of Islam.....There were activities for the family including music, entertainment, sports and speeches. ..
