Electrolysis of waste water from Indeloop machine
Electrolysis is used to clean the waste water from Indeloop machine. The machine turns human faeces and other wastes into an energy-rich gas. The gas must be cleaned by water. Indeloop then needs to clean this water by electrolysis before resusing it. The gas contains approximately 50% carbon and 50% hydrogen, a highly-explosive element gaining traction in the energy world as the emission-free "fuel of the future”. The machine uses a rotating oven to gasify waste. Jets of water pummell the gas in a cylindrical washer, giving out purified syngas. Majetić invented the machine and hired Maljković to develop its applications.
