Bella, an IDP (internally displaced person) hangs her wash at a camp outside Tblisi, Georgia. The camp was set up after the war with Russia in August 2008. Georgia, a former Soviet country, has been engaged in border conflict with its giant neighbour since the breakup of the Soviet Union in the early 1990s.
