Two men pull sledges across the snow in Dzherjinsk, one of the world's most polluted cities in Russia. The city, named after founding KGB chief Felix Dzherjinski, at the heart of the former Soviet Union's chemical weapons production. It is 400 KM east of Moscow and is home to a population of 300,000.
